My name is Duffy. I'm a fun-loving curious 1 1/2 yr old boy who loves to explore and sniff things and roll on my back and run around with a smile on my face. I'm a shetland sheepdog, retriever, Australian shepherd mix who loves to go for romps around the neighborhood. I'd make a great running companion. I also LOVE other dogs. My best friend is a beagle/jack russell mix. We run around together and share toys and lay in the sun. I need exercise so I'd really like to live in a home with a fenced backyard where someone will play fetch with me. I'm happy-go-lucky and haven't met a human yet that doesn't LOVE me. My foster mother is taking me to training classes and I'm pretty good with sitting and touching and staying and playing games. She says I'm pretty smart. My dog trainer thinks I'd make a great agility dog, whatever that is!

I'm also very well behaved, can be left along in the house without getting into any trouble, and walk like a dream on the leash. I have learned lots of obedience commands and follow hand signals. Belly rubs and car rides are two of my favorite activities. I'm in the market for a permanent relationship with an active individual or family. I'm a collie rough mix. My foster mom reports my age as 3 1/2 - 4 years old, my weight as 75 pounds, and my shots as up-to-date. I'm also micro-chipped, housetrained, and neutered.
